Magnetic Levitation Technology

Magnetic Levitating System

18 Nov Magnetic Levitation Technology

The levitation principle of the magnetic levitation product mainly uses the electromagnetic levitation technology (referred to as EML technology). It uses high-frequency electromagnetic field to generate a vortex on the metal surface to achieve the levitation of metal. When a product containing a metal material is placed on a coil having a high frequency current, the high frequency electromagnetic field generates a high frequency eddy current on the surface of the metal material. This hit frequency vortex interacts with the external magnetic field, and the product will be subjected to a Lorentz force. In the appropriate space configuration, the direction of Lorentz force will be in the opposite direction of gravity direction. By changing the power of high-frequency electromagnetic force and product gravity equal to the product can be achieved magnetic levitation.
